Songs are selected for this soundtrack such that the song changes coincide with the planned alternation of hard exercise and recovery exercise.  The author blithely combines secular and Christian music.  Add that to the list of things that annoy you about her.

The publication of this soundtrack in no way obligates the author to assume responsibility for your exercise or music-listening practices.  Please use reasonable caution when exercising to music.  Do not use headphones that block out ambient sound--like approaching cars, babies in distress, or rabid dogs--nor turn the sound up to irresponsible levels.  Do not carry weights while jogging, unless you have an orthopedic surgeon whose second yacht you'd like to fund.  Respect all noise ordinances when singing along to the music.  Do not wear ear buds that clash with your jogging outfit.
